This is a real inexpensive car stereo but NOT CHEAP. Removable face plate with a holder so you can protect it from theft.
There is no balance or fader on this unit but I am only using two speakers so it doesn’t matter.
Nice tone and the analog tuning is good, NOT digital so nothing to break down later.
Can’t beat this price on a very usable and good looking piece. I bought 2, one for my Gazelle kit car and another for my 1990 Wrangler.
UPDATE::::BOTH UNITS MELTED THE FACEPLATE…EVEN NOT BEING USED. OVER THE WINTER THE PLASTIC INSIDE THE FACEPLATE TOTALLY MELTED. RETURN FOR WARRANTY COSTS AS MUCH AS THE CHEAP UNIT…SO I WILL JUST JUNK THESE AND LOOK FOR SOMETHING BETTER.
ADVICE…BUY SOMETHING ELSE………….

I hooked it up to one speaker and it could not even get to half volume before shutting off. It will work for a vehicle that wants to use standard speakers. You better not hook it up to more than one very small speaker at a time. If I knew this was gonna happen I would have never bought it. Such a waste of money and time. Also can not be hooked up to an amp. It does not have a remote amp cable
